Owner/Handler: $150; Open: $200; payout to the top six in each division; amount dependent on number of entries; both divisions qualify for the Crown Championships
Handlers' Meeting
• Handlers' check-in from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13
Because of a three day event, we are having an open time for check-in so persons traveling can minimize taking time off work. When you come to the site, you will draw your running order, and the judges and events people will be there to chat with you and answer any questions that you have. Sandwiches and salads will be available for purchase. If you can't make it Thursday night, come to the site early (7:00 a.m.) on Friday. The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, with the judges talking to the participants, running of the test dogs, and discussion of scoring.

Details
Open & Owner/Handler Divisions - Amateurs and Pros can enter owner handler competition but handler must own the dogs and may need to provide proof of ownership. Anyone can run a dog in the Open and does not have to own the dog.
Please note, handlers may not run dogs in both the Open and the Owner/Handler divisions.
Other Information
Food will be available for purchase for all meals on the grounds. Others attending are invited to the Handler's dinner; live music for your enjoyment on Friday night - The Bridgewater Ramblers. Limited number of spaces available for camping on site - outdoor bathroom and cold water available for campers. Reservations will be on a "first come" basis. Motel accommodations in the area will be posted on the SRS website and KRRG website.

A block of rooms is available at Grand Northern Inn approximately five miles from the test grounds at the special rate of $49.00 a night. For reservations call 800-468-3517 or "google" Grand Casino Hinckley and make reservations on line. Be sure to mention the SRS event to get the rates. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the rooms, a special exception for the SRS event.
Grand Casino also has a large RV park. There are a limited number of Chalets available that include queen bed + pull out bed, deck, grill, picnic table, kitchen with dinette, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker for $49 a night. These are small freestanding units. These go very fast.
A reminder that a limited number of on site camping spots are available at no charge on a "first come" basis. Outdoor bathroom and cold running water available for campers.
